Not everyone has a printer & as you only give 2 options 1. Print 2. Post tickets It makes it impossible for people to obtain tickets for the next day. Voucher/ticket could be sent by text as many other companies do this & as one has to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the London Eye office on site why do you not operate this system? Why do you ask for a time slot as it doesn't matter they say at the venue? Otherwise all ok.
