We ordered 3 tickets to EuroDisney. We received 3 tickets but 2 of them were identical so the third person would not have gotten in. Tried to get in touch immediately but the phone number went to voice mail (during business hours) every time. We tried e-mail and got a reply saying everything was fine but still only 2 tickets. The next day I used the chat and had to explain a couple of time what was wrong. After they finally saw the problem they were able to fix it but all in all it was a very stressful situation.
