initially apprehensive, and more so when I found out that the Disneyland Paris tickets would only be generated 2 weeks before the visit date, I contacted 365 tickets who responded immediately, put me on the issue list and I got an email with my tickets the very same day. Extremely satisfied. Turns out they normally only issue the tickets 2 weeks before use so that you can change details if necessary (not possible after tickets have been generated).
