I was happy with the service but could not open the ticket as it was sent I had to go on and open up the link by clicking the right hand on the mouse which was not how I was told to do it. i was told to click on the ticket and is should have opened which it did not. I was able to open the ticket by clicking the link though and was able to print it off.
