I ordered my tickets over the telephone. The girl that I spoke to was very pleasant but first told me that I should order tickets on line. I was ordering my tickets with a 'Santander' code which she was not sure how to do so went to ask. Then systems was 'running slow. She confirmed there would be a £2.50 booking fee for each ticket but not that there was a processing fee. It was only 50p so I can live with that. She did not confirm my e-mail address back to me so I asked her to do this as she did not seem very confident. Also ticket information stated doors open at 17.00 but actually opened at 16.00 so we missed the 1st 1 hour. None of this information was confirmed at time of booking. If it had been we would have been able to see all the acts on.
