I ordered two Gardaland tickets from 365tickets and after reading previous reviews I realised that the e-tickets had been sent to my junk account instead. I printed out the tickets and got to the gate at Gardaland where the staff scanned my tickets and informed me that they had been used previously - a few days before I even bought the tickets. I tried phoning 365tickets on their customer service number but could not get through. Ended up buying tickets at the park for the full price.
I did email 365tickets about the problem and they refunded the tickets I bought from them but gave no explanation as to why that happened.
