I have been trying repeatedly to gain access to the site to pay for tickets in my basket. On each occasion the site just says processing payment regardless of how long one tries to leave it only in the end to give up out of frustration from getting nowhere. I have also tried to contact customer services who don't answer and there is a strange tone over arching the dial tone. I have tried to leave an e:mail and that too has not been acknowledged or answered.
How the company manage to get so many positive reviews I am not too sure.
