Helpful staff . After booking we came to know that we need to carry printout of the tickets.
We had a quick chat with your staff available online and highlighted the need to receive tickets as soon as possible as we had a flight to catch within the next few hours. Your staff helped out immediately and we were able to carry the print out of the tickets with us .
One suggestion -Tickets should be made available for printout immediately after payment (approx. 15 to 30 mins) . This will help the customers who complete last minute bookings.
