I had a great experience with my purchase of tickets to visit both of the towers in Chicago (the Skydeck and Chicago 360) In a last minute (night before) effort to salvage the only day we could visit, the rep I worked with helped me navigate the purchase process without issue and the vouchers I printed were scanned at both locations without issue and the trip was a great success. I will be purchasing through 365 Tickets again as I see many other packages I am interested in, and they have great pricing too.
