While the game prices are excellent, the delivery is relatively fast considering that I order outside of UK, but the shipping costs annoy me to wits end. You charge shipping for EVERY SINGLE ITEM, meaning that if you order 3 games, you pay 15 BLOODY EUROS just for shipping. As if you cant send it as ONE package and save the customer on shipping costs. This fact alone forces me to buy most of my games elsewhere, because the shipping costs usually amount for the sum that I would be saving with your special offers.
