I ordered FIFA 20 champions edition for my kids birthday.
Money was taken from my account and days later I got email to state they can’t fulfill order.
Disgustingly I’m still awaiting money to be returned.
Requested their complaints department address as it’s first step of complaining to ombudsman but totally ignoring my emails.
Basically stole my money and have not supplied the supposed product they had for sale
