I purchased 2 scooters for my 4 year old twins, not longer than 2nd or 3rd ride in, I noticed a small part missing. After getting in touch, no questioned asked if it was lost or not supplied, just send the replacement part out immediately. I find it hard to get this service anywhere these days. Thank you 😊
