The glove looks great and kept me informed the whole process till the end, then there was a snag. After I made the corrections needed, they never informed me with a shipping number and although my neighbors are great it was delievered and we had no clue. That means that the glove was on my porch all day without my knowledge. If I could change anything it would be that, make sure with this product that you send your customers a shipping number so they can track it, porch pirates are all around these days.
