We were devastated when we realized we messed up on our order. The customer service KB helped resolve our issue in no delay and helped turn my ball players devastation into joy so quickly. We have ordered multiple gloves in the past and Pro 44 will continue to have our business and support. Thank you so much.

Bought a glove last year, and decided I'd get another one. Order 4-28-26. Still haven't shipped out to me. Even after I txt customer service. And offer To pay extra for expedited idem. I won't be ordering from them again.

Customer service is nonexistent. My sons glove started stage 1 of the process then went "On Hold" I have tried contacting several times to find out what the issue is and can not get a response back from an actual human. I am giving another week for the process to move forward or I will be canceling my order and buying elsewhere. Season will definitely be over before the glove ever arrives, if it does at all.

I love your website and the glove designer is super cool and fun. The glove I ordered arrived and is absolutely beautiful so thanks so much for providing such good value. All my interactions with customer service have been great. Cheers to the 44 team!

I’ve bought in two gloves from 44 pro now and got nothing but good things to say about them. Custom create page is the best out of all of them and easiest to navigate and both times glove was done within six weeks with no delays. Awesome company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These gloves are absolute garbage. I went with 44pro because a friend of mine has 2 of their older gloves that are their lower-tiered gloves and his were great. I ordered their highest tier, as this was going to be a glove I handed down to my son, but that definitely won't be the case. The leather is extremely thin and you will get a stinger from a ten year old if you don't catch it in the pocket. The laces junk and the overall leather is extremely low quality for a $300 custom glove. It's very noticeable that they have outsourced their production overseas, and you can find this information with a simple google search. I'm extremely disappointed and I will never by a single thing from 44pro, and neither should you. My 20 year old $80 Mizuno from high school is made better then their pro 44 custom.

We ordered our glove back in November and still haven't received it. We have not received any update for a month. The customer service sucks. I will never buy from this company again.

Ok. Just WOW!! Ordered my Grandson a custom glove before Christmas. It took awhile to receive because theses guys are so busy. I mean it was truly custom, colors, lettering, name, symbols, phrases...the works...including custom binding colors and bag. Every component, chosen for its special meaning, perfectly completed! Did I say WOW!! Its a work of art!! The most amazing glove I have ever seen!! I'm so impressed and my Grandson was absolutely joyful!! Thanks 44, your amazing!!!

Ordered pre thanksgiving, and yet to receive my order. I just hate that they give automated responses to everything, can’t get a hold to a live person. Very frustrating and bad practice……

This company is terrible. Absolutely zero customer service. You’ll never find an actual human to speak with. I ordered 2 gloves for my son’s first Christmas. Only one glove was shipped so now I have a kid getting nothing under the tree. This is a one and done experience for sure. I’m gonna stick with Rawlings.

Looks good blue leather is a little brighter but its ok ordered 12 inch pocket too shallow poorly shaped good web looks good and hides pitches better to get a Wilson a1000 or Rawlings gamer xle if you want a custom glove for same price

I placed my order for my glove on October 7th. It was a 5-6 week lead time. It’s now been 8 weeks and my glove is still showing prepping to ship. You cannot reach anyone in customer service and have to email for any response that takes multiple days for a response with it being very generic responses. I’m not happy at all and this experience for me has been a nightmare. I could’ve spent $300 on a A2000 and had it already. I’ll never order another glove from 44 again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
