“Customer service is nonexistent. My sons glove started stage 1 of the process then went "On Hold" I have tried contacting several times to find out what the issue is and can not get a response back from an actual human. I am giving another week for the process to move forward or I will be canceling my order and buying elsewhere. Season will definitely be over before the glove ever arrives, if it does at all.”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! These gloves are absolute garbage. I went with 44pro because a friend of mine has 2 of their older gloves that are their lower-tiered gloves and his were great. I ordered their highest tier, as this was going to be a glove I handed down to my son, but that definitely won't be the case. The leather is extremely thin and you will get a stinger from a ten year old if you don't catch it in the pocket. The laces junk and the overall leather is extremely low quality for a $300 custom glove. It's very noticeable that they have outsourced their production overseas, and you can find this information with a simple google search. I'm extremely disappointed and I will never by a single thing from 44pro, and neither should you. My 20 year old $80 Mizuno from high school is made better then their pro 44 custom.”

“Ok. Just WOW!! Ordered my Grandson a custom glove before Christmas. It took awhile to receive because theses guys are so busy. I mean it was truly custom, colors, lettering, name, symbols, phrases...the works...including custom binding colors and bag. Every component, chosen for its special meaning, perfectly completed! “Looks good blue leather is a little brighter but its ok ordered 12 inch pocket too shallow poorly shaped good web looks good and hides pitches better to get a Wilson a1000 or Rawlings gamer xle if you want a custom glove for same price”
“I placed my order for my glove on October 7th. It was a 5-6 week lead time. It’s now been 8 weeks and my glove is still showing prepping to ship. You cannot reach anyone in customer service and have to email for any response that takes multiple days for a response with it being very generic responses. I’m not happy at all and this experience for me has been a nightmare. I could’ve spent $300 on a A2000 and had it already. I’ll never order another glove from 44 again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.”

I had read the rules on custom designs and was prepared for "we can't help you as that it states on the return policy". What I needed was a little guidance. Within 20 minutes of sending that email, a lovely agent named Kelsey responded. She provided all the information I needed to fix the issue and even went above and beyond with a gift card. I NEVER expected that outcome. I was blown away. She was so kind and caring and I can't thank the company and Kelsey enough for their help and above and beyond resolution!! Way to go!”
