“Overall disappointed, lacing could have been tighter, impossible to get my thing in glove without a great amount of break in, glove was also extremely stiff. Takes forever to break in, I expected more from a custom made glove. The add ons for looks like stamps emblems etc were really nice.”

When I reached out to customer service, instead of addressing the issue, they asked if I used leather conditioner to remove the stains—completely missing the point. I was frustrated by the lack of seriousness in handling my concern. Given the price, I expected much better quality and support. Very disappointing experience.”
