I had read the rules on custom designs and was prepared for "we can't help you as that it states on the return policy". What I needed was a little guidance. Within 20 minutes of sending that email, a lovely agent named Kelsey responded. She provided all the information I needed to fix the issue and even went above and beyond with a gift card.
