I have customized two different models of gloves. Both are outstanding. They do take some time to break in, but in my opinion that is how you know that you have a quality glove with quality leather that will last and last. I haven't needed any customer service as 44 pro does such a good job of letting you know what stage your order is in. I would highly recommend to anyone youth or adult.
