I ordered a glove in November, it’s been 10+ weeks and it’s still not shipped. They haven’t updated my order status since late Dec. I’ve emailed them three times and they just keep giving the run around telling me it’s due to “a promotional period”, or because they had Christmas Day off (which was SIX weeks ago), or “unexpected delays”. They advertise 5-6weeks and it’s been almost 11 weeks now and they just keep making excuses.
