Just prior to Christmas I ordered a part for my dishwasher and paid extra for next day delivery. Very early the next day I received an email stating that it wouldn't be that day so I had no choice but to buy a new appliance (it was the day before Christmas Eve and I couldn't risk being without). I found it difficult to track down where the part was and DPD attempted delivery next day which I refused. '4our house' seem to be making it as difficult as they can to both clearly communicate with and to refund me - which they have promised via email and which I'm possibly going to use to pursue them legally. There are many other parts suppliers - avoid this one.
