My 4yr old knew his letters and sounds before I ordered this. We still went exactly by the program and he enjoyed it so much! We went a little fast and he was reading books in 2 weeks. I highly recommend this program! It's wonderful, fun, and easy. We were missing the letter N card, but I made one and it wasn't a problem.
