My daughter in Kindergarten already knew letter sounds and CVC words, but was needing reading intervention. During remote learning this program really helped her gain some confidence in her reading and even pushed her further along. I thought she’d think the songs were too ‘babyish’ but she didn’t mind them, she loves singing and helped ‘rules’ stick. She is finishing up the red books at this time and getting ready to move onto yellow, she’s excited about that. I just think this program offered a structured way to continue practicing reading at home, which I appreciated.
