Initially applied for a group visa as part of a school group but wasn't able to be part of it for some reason. Had to apply for a individual visa separately. Five Star sent lots of emails with information and Jenny helped a lot with explaining what was needing to be done. Received the visa a week before we left so a bit of stress but glad to have had it back. Also received a two year visa rather than a one year which was a bonus.
