I have used 5 Star Travel for Chinese visas for a long time and found them generally well-informed, helpful and efficient. On this occasion the same was largely true, but at the start I was not told about a recent change (letters of invitation for Chinese citizens to be in Chinese). This was soon rectified, and the service was a good as ever.
