Excellent communication. Helped two friends travelling from Ireland to China, secure a group visa. We hit some difficulty initially because we'd booked an Airbnb (don't do this, they only accept hotels for visa application). 5 star helped us through this, and we reapplied in time. Got the visa posted to Hong Kong hotel we're staying at before our entry to China. Very very good. Would recommend.
