I used 5* because I didn't want to make the two journeys to London and back to obtain my visa. Whole process very straight forward from start to finish.
Kept you updated along the way and Elise was very polite and helpful on the telephone.
Visa delivered back to my door. what more could I want.
As the name suggests 5* and that's what it is.
I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family
