I found the whole process was stress free. The visa application was daunting but a quick phone call addressed questions of which I was unsure. Staff were helpful and email communication was good. The turn around, from door to door, was exactly 7 days. Posting the passport was safe via the Post Office and I was able to track the package, both ways, on line.
Excellent service. Would definitely use 5 Star again.
