I have had a very easy and straightforward experience with 99 Bikes. They were suggested to me via Laka to replace my stolen bike (also really recommend Laka bike insurance). Philip (Tighe) was incredibly patient as I am not at all technical and struggle to read specs on bikes. It was a very positive experience with excellent communication. I'd have no hesitation recommending 99 bikes to any friends needing assistance with buying a bike.
