“Hey there, been to the new Walton store 3-4 times at this stage. Happy to say it’s a great addition to Walton, good selection of items, whatever I’ve needed was most likely there, and if not they’d offer to order in for pick up in few days. The times I’ve been there, was always a lot going on. Great opening weekend. And a special mention to Mitchell on site, it’s as if that man never leaves, clearly likes the job which is good! Knowledgeable and easy going perfect. Thank you!”

“Bought a Cube Nuroad EX (first online bike purchase), bike/box arrived in good condition and timely manner, just had to assemble the last few bits (as you'd expect). Came with the full set of tools needed (even a nifty multitool I'll be keeping on my rides!). For all the bits already assembled, everything looked and worked great; tyres were already inflated just fine and the shifting/indexing is phenomenal, just perfect out of the box. Very pleased, I'd happily get my N+1 from here :)”

“Ordered a seasucker mini bomber roof mount £475 roughly online. Turned up missing loads of parts. Had clearly been used and returned (box re-sealed). Emailed within 30 minutes of delivery to be told ‘we will contact supplier’ Heard nothing, contacted again asking for return postage label to be told still waiting on supplier response. After chasing up again I was asked for a collection address which I supplied being told they will collect and send out a replacement but heard nothing since address was supplied. I offered to drive 1.5 hours to Southampton store to exchange to be told they need to get one from supplier although website shows in stock online and in all stores. Absolutely shocking service and do not recommend. Reading other reviews I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. If this is rectified in full by end of Wednesday 28/5/2025 I’ll consider editing this review although I very much doubt it will be and foresee myself having to contact payment provider to do a chargeback for me. Missing crank arm straps Missing spare vacuum pump Missing 5g lube for maintenance Missing bolts to fix mounts to base Missing quick release bolts to mount the bike One rear sucker missing orange spring/dirt protector/ indicator band.”

“I ordered a water btl from 99 received the wrong size, Phil sorted the error quickly with no hassle. I got to keep the 21oz & the 24oz has been ordered, date of delivery tbc.”

“Bought a new bike from them. From when i entered the shop to when i finally received my machine i was well looked after. the staff a very knowledgeable of there trade and made suggestions for what i needed without any pressure. would recommend them to everybody”
