“Dropped in to touch & feel a specialised diverge gravel bike. Great knowledgeable service. Left a deposit and although I had to delay my purchase for a few weeks this wasn’t an issue. On the day I went to complete the purchase, the bike had already been built and was ready to go. That made my day, the team even pulled the inner tubes and fitting new valves completing the tubeless make over whilst I waited. The big is gorgeous and fun to ride. On leaving I was reminded to come back after 6 weeks to have the bike checked over. I even earned reward points !! Thanks to the Totten Team @ 99 Bikes”

“Overall, usually very good but not reliably so. My bike was probably the best it’s ever been after its last service with 99 but that followed a cable replacement that left me without any fine adjustment to the front derailleur. Similarly, appreciated the customer service in selecting mudguards but then it took 3 weeks for them to arrive rather than the 3-4 days quoted (and no communication until I made contact). 99 remains my go-to shop for service and repairs, but on occasions could do better.”

“Very helpful pre sales advice - thanks Phil. Delivery didn’t go smoothly but that’s solely down to TNT’s disorganisation - 99bikes chased the issue through to resolution. This is the second bike I’ve bought from 99bikes and won’t be the last.”

“99 Bikes were excellent throughout! At the time we contacted them the shop was in disarray after a car had smashed through their shop window. But, despite the resulting damage & disruption, they couldn't have been more helpful. Adam and Paul were both excellent in helping us choose our bikes, set them up, fit a number of additional accessories - Owen also kindly & very ably helped us out with this - and in providing us with lots of useful advice & recommendations. They were also very understanding when we had to change one of the bikes. We cannot recommend the staff at the Chichester branch of 99 Bikes highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Due to neck issues had convert my Specialized Creo to straight bars 99 bikes established that it was possible,and affordable. Conversion was done as promised, on time, I iam very pleased with the result. Special thanks to Louis for his attention to detail.”

“The Scott Scale I bought from 99 bikes is great, my daughter loves it. There was a minor delay on receiving the bike, but I contacted them and they responded really quickly, the bike was shipped the next day. Good customer service!”

“I have to say I am both impressed and grateful to the staff and service this shop offers. I felt let down by Go Outdoors as I had ordered and paid for a bike to be told I could not take it and had to wait. As I needed a bike to get my Goddaughter to school. After haif a week of waiting I started to look around in desperation and I found a Scott Bike of the right colour and of better quality than the one I had already ordered. I got my money back on that one and got the Scott and Byron was very helpful as was everyone else in setting my Goddaughter up for size and fitted her out in no time. All in all a very good experience and something to note that they keep bikes for every level of use and your pocket, but what they do is offer quality and good service and are always there if you need help. All I can say is thank you and well done!!!”

“Not impressed. I had a multi part replacement service on the bike. Yet within 100 miles I started to have problems. I've gone back and they've noticed further problems. One of the problems was the crank. I ask why I had to pay for top chainring when crank was worn? However, Why wasn't it noticed? They know me and that I do big miles. I don't like sending this review.”
