“Paul was amazing to deal with. Helped my daughter choose her new bike and even was able to show her the frame colour (although boxed in storage) so she could visualise it as couldn't tell on the website. And then Paul kept up her excitement by putting the bike together for us to pick up the next day. Highly recommended thank you. My daughter says 99 bikes are the best, amazing and very helpful”
