“We met Rory .. I’m so glad we did. My 11 yr old son was hell bent on an electric bike or adding a conversion kit. This was obviously ridiculous but Rory calmly and methodically went through all the options - slowly ruling most of this 11 yr olds requests out.. thankfully. We then set about choosing a new ‘regular’ mtn bike for him, which was done quickly and efficiently. Job done - panic averted. Thanks Rory - you were excellent”

“Mathew dealt with me from A-B I originally rang up with hardly and knowledge and Mathew asked all my questions and set me on the right path for my needs I feel. We spoke about a few bikes and I made a decision, needing something where my car has broken down is a big weight off my shoulders. Mathew and I arranged a day to come pick the bike up as I was getting a train and it was a ease transaction so thank you again.”

“Just wanted to share my super positive experience I've recently had while purchasing a bike from 99 bikes Totton. I've been in the UK for 3 years now and I've generally felt that the service industry here is below par, so when I arrived at 99 bikes in Totton and noticed the 'most approachable ' sign outside, I raised my eyebrows and thought here we go. The friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service I received from Adam initially, and then Phil, the old bloke 😄, when I collected the bike, was world class and I look forward to spending my hard earned money there in future ! Can't recommend them highly enough !!!”
