“Very good bike shop - was kept up to date with repair and they did the best they could with Orbea. A friendly bunch who come across as they do have an interest and that they want to get you back out on your bike as soon as possible!! Thanks gents”

“I was disappointed to find that the gear change mechanism had not been adjusted and it jumped to 2nd gear from first. other gears tried to jump out. i got it adjusted locally by a mechanic.”

“Good selection at reasonable prices. Delivery was slower than initially quoted and proactive communication was a bit lacking, but once I'd emailed them they were quick to reply and resolve.”

“Online order for my new bike was a breeze and very straight forward, communication was very good from the team as bike was a litttle delayed but when the arrived it was packed with care and id like to say im very happy with my purchase!! Thanks 99 bikes 😀👍”

“The only reason I gave 4 stars, was the delivery time, this was down to TNT/FEDEX who are widely spread as being the worst delivery courier around, and this was no different with my order. Definitely look at changing your delivery partner. I was happy with my bike once I received it, I made a huge saving thanks to 99bikes”

“Delivery was quite a while and took one week before get the item but I know that since purchasing so that’s fine! Unfortunately the bike shoes size was big so I sent the item yesterday back waiting for a swapping with a number 7UK. I am waiting a contact from the shop.”

“Great bike at a great price, my only complaint would be the length of time it took them to ship the bike. I know this time of year bike shops are busy but it took over 2 weeks to ship. Lastly an item was missing so I couldn’t fit the front light but 99Bikes customer service was quick to send out the part I needed.”

“The bike was ready really quickly however, I have noticed a rubber seal missing on one of the two bolts that locked the seat post. Some of the staff need a bit more training. I guess the rubber seal can be added when it comes in to be checked.”

“Very pleased with the service I got ,delivery was excellent, but when I assembled the bike and pump the tyres upto the right psi the next morning went to get on the bike the back tyre was half flat it was a faulty value so I had to buy new innertube ,plus the crankset doesn't seem to be running smoothly seems to be dragging when am pedalling apart from that everything else seems ok”

“Service has been excellent. This was demonstrated when I had to get the handlebar tape replaced on my new bike after it had been damaged presumably in the transporting of the bike by the delivery company Things were resolved quickly and effectively. Customer service from Phil was great.”
