I have always found the staff at the Southampton shop to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently purchased a new saddle which they ordered in for me and I'm very happy with. I was pretty confident I knew the size I needed but they were happy to get their sit sizing tool out to double check.
They are always willing to provide cardboard bike boxes should I need one for travelling.
