Bought an Orbea rise M10 2024 model. Brakes came as plain deore brakes rather than the XT. On closer inspection looks like a 2023 model. This I could have got for £2500 less than the 2024 model. 99 bikes have offered to change the brakes but nothing is easy with them. Always too busy don't have time. Really poor service from a bike shop. Will be contacting Orbea in the next few days.
