extreamly satisfied with the customer service from a employee phil i had my bike stolen a month ago and managed to get onto the cycle to work scheme but was having difficultys proceding with the certificate so i rang up and spoke with phil who was extreamly helpful and managed to place my order on my behalf and whatever questions i had he answerd them and helped so thank you i would highly recomend this bike shop down to there services and also the care for there customers too
