The chaps at 99 bikes were amazing in helping me order and collect not just a new bike but loads of additional kit to use up my bike to work voucher via email (over 28 of them ). They were super friendly in store and in general a great bike shop experience.
Bummed they are not my LBS as they are 200miles from where I live but will be sure to shop with them again next year to abuse another givernmant subsidised voucher!
