Overall, usually very good but not reliably so.
My bike was probably the best it’s ever been after its last service with 99 but that followed a cable replacement that left me without any fine adjustment to the front derailleur. Similarly, appreciated the customer service in selecting mudguards but then it took 3 weeks for them to arrive rather than the 3-4 days quoted (and no communication until I made contact).
99 remains my go-to shop for service and repairs, but on occasions could do better.
