I located the bikes I wanted for my children, in stock here after bwing sold out everywhere until the new year, in one of the colours. I live over 4 hours away, so I emailed to see if I could pay a deposit and collect closer to Christmas Jack, was the person I communicated with from start to finish, and he was brilliant. Deposit set up for payment via an online link and bikes collected, built on the date requested. One was missing a reflector, that I didn't realise until I arrived home. This was posted out via DPD yesterday and arrived today. Fantastic service throughout and the best price around for the bikes (as well as the only place with stock) Highly recommend 99 bikes.
