Customer journey was awful from start to finish. I ordered a bike which said ‘in stock’ had an email confirmation which said it would dispatch within 3 working days, this wasn’t the case. Luckily I got in contact with them and they said they were waiting on stock to arrive, so would likely be 2 weeks wait. After contacting them a second time, they tried to resolved by offering me an alternative bike, which I accepted. They don’t display all the information needed to order the right size bike either. I ordered a Scott which comes in 2 different frame and size tyres dependent on which size you select. (Every other retailer displays this information). I then had to send back the replacement as it was too big, at my own £60 cost. Their website is also incomplete with various sections displaying ‘text here’ The 1 star is the minimum I can give and represents the small and rigid customer service provided. I would not recommend to buy from here, more hassle than it’s worth
