Great to have a full service carried out on my bike, replacing all worn out components. The booking, delivery and collection process all worked very smoothly. I was informed of the additional work needed and the various costs involved, with the choice of whether to proceed being especially helpful. The fact that this was provided online was useful in allowing me to decide how to proceed and a phone call helped to clarify some points. Having ridden the bike, it’s great that there is no slippage from the chain and all the other squeaks and rattles have gone! A friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team and I shall definitely return for the next service.
