i ordered a small part for my bike on the Saturday and was told it would probably be in the following Wednesday. i called in the following Saturday to be told its not in yet, there no offer to chase it up, just a we will call you. when ordering parts for peoples bikes, why cant they be delivered to there home address to save on unnessesary trips.
