Byron Marshall was amazing!! I am a total bike novice and Byron was extremely helpful and patient in recommending the best ebike for me! He was very knowledgeable and spent time to explain everything in a way I could understand!! I can't praise him enough!! Just can't wait for my bike to arrive now!
