I ordered a bike online and a day later I got the phone call to come and collect it, it was put together and ready to be picked up even though because of Covid the shop has been super busy. They are still working hard to pump out peoples deliverys really fast. They have friendly and very understanding staff. 100% would recommend any bike or bike related purchases from 99 Bikes Penrith.
