The lad with whom I had talked about sunglasses with prescription lenses didn't work there any more; the others "just didn't know"!”
“The bike itself was perfect for me, fortunately I found a crack on the chainstay, it looks like when the bike was getting tuned the chain jumped off and got caught between the smallest cog and the chainstay. The result, it cracked the chainstay, Lucky i haven't had a chamce to ride the bike since I bought it. The person assembled the bike from Artarmon 99 Bikes is dishonest and not paying attention to what he or she was doing, I couldn't believe that someone would let that go knowing that the bike has been damage and then sell it. This type of bike mechanic shouldn't be working as a bike mechanic, he or she would get someone injured or even worse death. But the good news is 99 bikes Castle Hill staff are very friendly and doing their best to help customers, especially Charles very nice man.”
