“No problem, thanks. But I did come back a few days later to buy an 11speed Shimano Derailleur. The store did not have any, the shop assistant told me it was because they were hard to come by and shimano probably doesn't have any either and tried to get me to change the whole system because shimano has changed the pull ratio etc etc. Turned out it was all lies and sales talk. Went to the next store (not a 99 bikes), they said of course we have them and of course shimano is still making them and supplying them. I love bikes, I love your stores, I shop there all the time but I do not appreciate that type of nonsense in my shopping experience.”
“To be honest. For the cost of service the bikes are not In the condition I was expecting. Breaks are not adjusted well on one of the bike. It was done quickly but for $500 I can probably do it by myself taking Day of work and use internet guide. Sorry. Will not come back.”

“Pushy and unprofessional salesperson (Nick) spent more time trying to get us to buy whatever they had in stock instead of actually listening to what my wife and I needed and then assisting. Collecting the bike we finally ended up purchasing online (because we could get better information from the website ourselves than by dealing with the staff in-store) was an ordeal, and one that could have been easily avoided if Nick had been good at his job instead of simply focussing on how much he could sell. I'll be going somewhere else for all my future bicycle related purchases and services.”
“Recommend these by the staff due to their long shelf life and value for money.
Have since used one and they are a good quality tyre, maybe a little lighter than the original inner tubes.
Great to have a staff member that takes the time to ask questions and pass on a recommendation to someone that has very limited knowledge.”

“Poor online experience, sent the wrong item which I swiftly returned to get it exchanged for the right item. Followed up twice, including to let them know returned item was received but no replacement, no communication and now a delayed refund. Absolute junk. Mistakes happen and that's ok, but that's when you find out about a company's customer service, went from bad to worse! Lots of other options out there. Won't be back.”
