First of all my 1 star rating is for 99bikes. Great product but sadly last product I will buy from 99bikes now you have go e woke and stated the dei is more important than money well just employe the right person for the job.

Sent me wrong one utterly dissatisfied I am extremely frustrated I have had to order an new once to fit my bike have used the old one for my dads bike because 99 bikes made it to hard for me to return it so I gave up as I said extremely disappointed won’t be buying here again how ever the kind lady from customer service who helped was great

99 Bikes send you push notifications and demand I write a review.. so they get a 1 out of 10. The headphones I bought are good and work.. I would recommend conductive phones.

These were a 2nd attempt at getting anything to fit my bike. Didn't fit 2nd time I've wasted my pension at this store. As for approachable , please employ Women" and or older males who Can think".

Pushy and unprofessional salesperson (Nick) spent more time trying to get us to buy whatever they had in stock instead of actually listening to what my wife and I needed and then assisting. Collecting the bike we finally ended up purchasing online (because we could get better information from the website ourselves than by dealing with the staff in-store) was an ordeal, and one that could have been easily avoided if Nick had been good at his job instead of simply focussing on how much he could sell. I'll be going somewhere else for all my future bicycle related purchases and services.

We bought a basket for a child’s birthday. We ordered it 3-4 weeks before the due date. It didn’t end up being delivered on time, with a real lack of knowledge between the local shop where we were supposed to pick it up vs the warehouse. The worst part of this was incredibly poor communication so we could manage expectations.

I'm disappointed... I paid over 400 bucks fir my sons mongoose and it came looking like it had been out prior to a previous owner. And they stacked it and there were scratches and marks all over the bike. I don't get to see my boy often and to have this happen was a tragedy... Im really disappointed Gavin Grinsted 0482 982 868

Poor online experience, sent the wrong item which I swiftly returned to get it exchanged for the right item. Followed up twice, including to let them know returned item was received but no replacement, no communication and now a delayed refund. Absolute junk. Mistakes happen and that's ok, but that's when you find out about a company's customer service, went from bad to worse! Lots of other options out there. Won't be back.

I ordered fox shorts. I think the sizes are for kids. Ordered 36 and the shorts are tiny. All my other pairs of shorts are 36 and fit fine. Had to give them to my son.

The panniers did not fit my carrier - it did say fits most bikes. But not mine and unfortunately the stock at the local shop has very poor selection

I went into the store a couple of days ago with my old 68x110mm bottom bracket and hoped that the mechanic could help me find the same one. He eventually found one for me so I didn't think too much about it and took it home. Got it installed but couldn't figure out why the front derailleur wasn't shifting to the largest chain ring spent about 5 hours troubleshooting it and ended up sending the bike to the movement system in Burswood. They found out that the bottom bracket that the mechanic gave to me at 99bikes was 68x122mm, ended up paying the labor as well as the new bottom bracket which cost me quite a lot of money. On a separate event. I paid 120 for the bike to get serviced and went back there 3 times within 2-3 weeks after service because it wasn't shifting properly they still didn't fix the problem completely and they had no idea what was wrong with it. Very disappointing. I wont be coming back here for any mechanical service, or trust their mechanical knowledge with my bike, the quality of the mechanic here is not good.
