The ordering process, and notification of availability to collect from my local 99Bikes store was great. I then collected my product and the service in-store was fantastic. But, I got my product home and realised that something was wrong with it (it was the correct product) and that it wouldn’t allow me to attach my front light as it should. I messaged the local 99Bikes store and advised them, and asked could I exchange it for another of the same product as this one seemed faulty, and I haven’t heard back from them. I sent my message 3-4 weeks ago, so pretty poor response from 99Bikes at Brookvale…
