Friendliest staff of any store. I made a purchase online but accidentally ordered the wrong size, the gentleman I picked my order up I realised and he went above and beyond to get the right size. I couldn’t be happier with the staff at the Carlton store. I drive 25 minutes and past 2 other 99 bikes stores just to go to the Carlton store.
