Had to use click and collect option due to current lockdown conditions and found the process very easy and simple to use. Received an email within a couple of hours of placing my order and completing payment stating my order was ready for collection. Instructions where clear and easy to understand on what to do when collecting. Staff where very helpful when I arrived and the whole process was effortless. Just disappointed I couldn’t go in to store and day dream about buying a new bike.
