The staff member who helped size my son up for the bike also helped me place a lay by via phone so we could keep the bike as a secret Christmas present. Very patient with my son and could have easily sold me the more expensive bike but advised the difference in the bikes due to my sons size would mean a slightly smaller and significantly cheaper bike would be more comfortable for him. I know profits are important but customer service like this is why I only buy from 99 bikes and not the other main bike store in Fsyhwick
