Justin did not put us under any pressure to buy and very happy to explain all the various models were interested in. The big bonus, compared with other stores we went to, that there were various models to try and available in varying sizes so we could get the fitting correct. Plus I had done a click and collect for a Yakima bike carrier, that went super smooth as well.
