Before making a final decision, I called the number listed for 99 Bikes and spoke to a lady about the item I was looking at purchasing as it would be an online purchase unseen. The assistant was so helpful and was able to answer questions. She also went above my expectations as she went and looked at the item I was purchasing (Yakima FoldClick 2 E-Bike Tow Ball Rack) and then compared like type of bike racks. When the purchase was made, I considered the delivery was made in very good timing. Would totally recommend purchasing through 99 Bikes or giving them a call first for assistance for what might best suit you and your needs.
