I have purchased products from 99 Bikes over the past year and a half and have always found them polite, helpful and easy to deal with, either in person or on phone. Any issues i have found they resolve very quickly. The only draw back is there is no store where i live so either have to travel over an hour or purchase on line. I am hoping they will bring a store to Toowoomba. I can highly recommend this company.
